Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and trained RBTs to join a supportive, growth-focused team serving children with autism. Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance to an RBT, plus complimentary 40-hour RBT training, are offered along with paid travel, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match. Positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willing to work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
