Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in South Carolina.

Roles include part-time positions with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand, and a path to become an RBT through complimentary training. Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
