Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Las Vegas, NV. The part-time positions allow for potential full-time advancement based on expanding caseloads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation needed for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.

• Collect and record client data to track progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend supervisions, meetings, and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs.
