Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Henderson, NV. Part-time roles offer growth as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
