Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBTs to work part-time with children with autism. Roles include opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with supportive training and career advancement paths.

Benefits include quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, paid travel and mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance for 30+ hours per week, and a 401(k) with company match. Training toward RBT certification is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions using ABA strategies under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
