Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for entry level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with support to advance through RBT training and supervision.

We provide complimentary 40‑hour RBT training, local travel support, and a clear path from BA to RBT, with flexible scheduling and quarterly bonuses for high-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to work with clients on the floor and assist transitions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.
