Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Clearwater, Florida. These part-time positions offer opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidate will work directly with children with autism, implement treatment plans, and communicate with families. Competitive pay, career growth, and benefits including medical insurance for 30+ hours per week are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage with clients actively, lift up to 50lbs, and assist clients from sitting to standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.

Part‑time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand.

Job Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus
• All roles subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification
