Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Michigan. Opportunities exist to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism, under BCBA supervision, with training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow ABA strategies under supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
