Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The roles are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand. Successful candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
