Qualifications

• Engage children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.

Skills

Ability to actively engage clients

Experience in ABA therapy

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field
