Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Chapin, South Carolina. The selected candidates will work with children using ABA strategies under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on individual success through tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and teams.
• Attend ongoing training and scheduled supervisions.
