Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA or childcare is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
