Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in Union, South Carolina. These part-time positions offer the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma, reliable transport, and the ability to engage clients actively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
