Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism in Lockport, Illinois. This role offers the opportunity for career growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with clients, implementing treatment plans, and communicating with families. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, holiday compensation, and a pathway to advance to an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
