Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Wisconsin. You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision, with paid training to become an RBT and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
