Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients and families with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
