Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Texas is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours/week, and complimentary 40-hour RBT training. After 30+ hours/week, medical, dental and vision coverage are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; background in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
