San Diego Center for Children is seeking a Behavior and Academic Aide to support students with emotional and behavioral needs in a school setting. You will work under supervision to implement direct instruction and manage classroom activities.

The Behavior and Academic Aide provides behavior support and instruction to individuals or groups of students in a classroom setting or during lunch/recess and extracurricular activities. The Behavior and Academic Aide works under the direction of a school professional educator and supervisor who holds ultimate responsibility for the outcomes of the instructional program. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
