Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or eligibility with willingness to obtain within timeframe.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a related field.
  • Enrollment or acceptance into a BACB-recognized master’s program.
  • Compassion, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to pass a background and abuse registry check.
  • Reliable transportation; Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required.

Responsibilities

Behavior Analyst Trainee (BAT)/RBT

As a Behavior Analyst Trainee (BAT)/RBT on our team, you will work directly with clients while accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans designed by a BCBA.

Position Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in a related field of study.

  • Currently enrolled in, accepted into, or completed a BACB-recognized master’s program in behavior analysis (ABAI Accredited, ABAI Recognized, or VCS) (required for accruing BCBA fieldwork hours).

  • Compassion, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children grow.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
