Job summary

Happyian in Illinois is seeking a BCBA-advancing student to join our clinical team for in-home and clinic work in Schiller Park. You will contribute to behavioral intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to deliver client-centered services.

The role supports practicum experiences, ABA webinars, and participation in conferences, with opportunities to lead a case within three months. Flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA student or professional pursuing BCBA certification.
• Proven dedication to learning and applying behavior-analytic principles.
• Ability to work with clients in home and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead client cases within the first three months of employment.
• Participate in practicum experiences and ABА conferences.
• Provide in-home and clinic ABA services in Schiller Park, IL.
• Receive supervision and BACB exam preparation to support certification.
