Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This hybrid role allows you to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Experience with ABA services for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
