Role: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs, oversees, and evaluates individualized behavioral programs for children with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, analyze progress through data, and write reports. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, quality care. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, train caregivers, and participate in team meetings. Ensure compliance with BACB standards and company policies. Support skill development in communication, social, and adaptive living for clients. Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or related field; current BCBA certification; experience in behavioral program development; strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with functional assessments, data analysis, training technicians, and managing multiple cases. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work in diverse environments, and observe client behavior effectively.
