Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for Union County, NJ, starting in September, at a rate of $85 per hour. This staffing opportunity offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit school-based client needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, NJ State Certification, and at least two years in child study with school settings experience. Background checks and fingerprint clearance are required as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in child study field.
• NJ State Certification required.
• Experience in school-based settings with administrative codes is preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks prior to starting.
• Willing to obtain fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavior by observing clients to identify challenges.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Assess behavior: Observe clients to identify behavior challenges
• Create treatment plans: Design individualized plans to help clients improve their behaviors
• Set goals: Help clients set realistic goals
• Monitor progress: Keep detailed records of client progress
• Train others: Supervise and instruct others in the field
• Conduct research: Learn about new techniques and apply findings to their work
• Collect data: Gather data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans
• Develop materials: Create resources and professional learning for staff and other professionals
• Manage caseloads: Manage clients and prepare required documentation

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Minimum of a Master's Degree
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
• NJ State Certifications
• Experience treating young adult populations
• Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
• School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
• Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
• Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
• Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
