Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is a clinician-led organization in the United States seeking BCBAs to supervise technicians, develop ABA programs, and train parents. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible hybrid work, and leadership across a large BCBA network. BACB-certified clinicians are required in North Carolina.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP standards and funding source requirements for client care and parent consultation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.

• Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation

What We’re Looking For

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina as issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, which we will pay for
