Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Texas is seeking a BCBA to serve as Clinical Supervisor. This clinician-focused organization offers clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and strong support to help children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor progress with data-driven decisions, while supervising RBTs and clinical teams.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and clinical supervision experience.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs and clinical teams.
  • Experience with data-driven progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor progress with data-driven decisions.
  • Supervise and support RBTs and clinical teams.
  • Provide caregiver training and support treatment implementation.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, families, committees, and professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in clinical development, quality improvement and research.

Position: BCBA - Clinical Supervisor
Location: Multiple (TX) Brownsville El Paso McAllen Mansfield Tyler Fort Worth Keller Kingwood Energy Corridor (Houston) Pearland Stafford Round Rock
Type: Permanent / Staff Role
Compensation: Salary + All benefits + Monthly bonus + Sign-On Bonus
Relocation Assistance: Available, if needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts | 1 day hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor progress through data-driven decision-making.
  • Supervise and support RBTs and clinical teams.
  • Provide caregiver training and support treatment implementation.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, families, clinical committees, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance.
  • Participate in clinical development, quality improvement, research, and collaboration initiatives.
Compensation & Bonus
  • Base Salary
  • Monthly Performance Bonus:$500-$1,300/month
  • Annual Bonus Potential:Up to $16k-$18k
  • Sign-On Bonus:$3k
