Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to provide direct care and supervision for clients ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will conduct assessments, observe behaviors, and help develop an Individualized Treatment Plan aligned with a licensed psychologist's guidance.

You will collaborate with families and service providers to implement ITP and monitor progress through regular reviews and reinforcement strategies.

Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification is required.
  • Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
  • Active PA license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or CRNP.
  • Licensed in PA with scope to oversee ABA services.
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
  • Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
  • Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary providers.
  • Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
  • Implement rehabilitative strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
  • Provide direct care services in alignment with ABA best practices.
  • Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
  • Ensure documentation and services comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
  • Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
  • Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
