Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services in a collaborative outpatient rehab setting. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and deliver 1:1 and group therapy to pediatric and/or adult patients.

You will work with PT, OT, and SLP teams to support coordinated care, supervise behavior technicians, and train caregivers to promote home carryover and measurable improvements in quality of life.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with functional assessments and behavior plans.
• Experience supervising staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to coach caregivers in home carryover.

Qualifications
