3D ABA Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for providing direct services to clients while also managing assigned client cases. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and team members to support meaningful outcomes.

The Behavior Analyst will oversee client programming, provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensure services are delivered with fidelity, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company, ethical, and regulatory standards. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, organization, and a commitment to providing high- quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA services to clients as needed.
• Manage client cases, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
