Action Behavior Centers in Newtown, PA is seeking a Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) to join our clinical team. You will provide center-based early intervention, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision while supporting our core values.

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited master's program and have completed required fieldwork hours. We offer guaranteed hours (32–40 weekly), a clear path to BCBA certification, plus extensive benefits

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.
• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based early intervention therapy under supervision.
• Support children aged 18 months to 13 years with data-driven plans.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
• Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months.
