Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our Rising Stars program in North Carolina. The role focuses on early intervention for children ages 18 months to 13 years, with supervision hours toward BCBA certification and structured study support.

Qualifications

• Allied with a Master's program, ongoing fieldwork hours completed and enrollment verified.
• Eligibility to accrue supervision hours under BCBA supervision.
• Excellent data collection and treatment planning skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for young children.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold ABC core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.

Your Role

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.

Requirements

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
