- Shaping the minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborating with BCBA and team aligned with ABC values.
- Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS module work outside direct care.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
