Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analysis Practicum candidate (Master's Level) for Justin, TX. The role offers pay of $24-$30 per hour based on experience and supervision hours completed, plus a guaranteed 32-40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
• Supervisee has accrued at least 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shape the minds of kiddos ages 18 months to 8 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and team to uphold ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
