Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking motivated RBTs in training to join our BAT program. Balance direct service hours with supervised fieldwork while receiving full-time pay and mentorship from BCBA supervisors.

We offer hands-on clinical experiences across assessments, parent training, supervision, and data-driven treatment planning. This role supports growth toward BCBA certification within a supportive, values-driven clinic environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward BCBA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Desire to learn and grow in clinical skills to be prepared for BCBA roles.
• Completion of master’s degree or anticipated completion within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Attend group supervision sessions and learn from experienced clinicians.
• Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect data and analyze client progress to optimize treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
• Complete BCBA exam preparation through mock exams and study groups.

• Compensation: $25/hr
• Fast-Track Your BCBA Certification: Balance part-time direct service hours with supervised fieldwork to complete your BCBA requirements while getting full-time pay.

• Complete BCBA mock exams and attend study groups to ensure preparation for the BCBA exam.
• RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward your BCBA certification.
