Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Paraprofessional/Behavior Aide in Camden, NJ. In this role, you will support students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), implementing customized behavior support and teaching valuable life skills.
Responsibilities include one-on-one assistance with students, developing behavior support plans, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. The starting pay is $21.00 per hour, and the position requires a high school diploma and some experience in behavioral interventions.
