Job summary

Hopebridge is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Indianapolis, IN. You will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, guided by BCBA supervision, to implement behavior-analytic intervention plans.

Responsibilities include creating a supportive learning environment, documenting progress, and collaborating with families. The role offers paid RBT certification, development stipends, benefits, PTO, and a clear path for career growth.

• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
