Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our teams across national centers. You will lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers while delivering KinderCare's curriculum, creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

This role emphasizes partnering with families, contributing to center enrollment and engagement goals, and building positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• State-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
