Job summary

Leading Edge in Media, PA seeks Substitute Teaching Assistants for before- and after-school programs. Positions offer split shifts: 6:50 am–8:45 am and 3:15 pm–6:00 pm, as needed, with compensation of $16–$18 per hour.

This role supports students, helps with homework, and assists in maintaining safety and ratios across multiple local sites. A passion for education and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or education
• Passion for children\'s education and development
• Reliable transportation to report up to twice per day

• Implement the Leading Edge curriculum with enthusiasm and care
• Maintain program quality according to company and state standards
• Complete administrative tasks and licensing requirements
• Provide exceptional communication with parents and school administration
• Maintain appropriate student-to-teacher ratios

• Create a positive, enriching environment for students

Hours:6:50 am-8:45 am / 3:15 pm - 6:00 pm - as needed & based on enrollments
