Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and inspire a team of teachers, delivering engaging classroom experiences aligned with our nationally recognized curriculum. You will ensure licensing, safety, and educational standards while partnering with parents to provide exceptional care.

You will recruit and enroll families, cultivate strong relationships with families and staff, and work with school and district leaders to advance our programs across sites.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
  • Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
  • Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
  • Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

When you join our team as a Site Director, you will:

  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
