Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Before & After Care Worker in Lafayette, LA to help maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment before and after school. Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist students during before/after care programs.
• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before/After Care.
• Monitor students and ensure safety in designated areas.
• Distribute snacks and engage with students on the playground.
• Tutor and assist students with homework when needed.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents in a courteous, firm manner.
