Job summary

Levy is seeking a Beertender Concessions Operations at Northwest Stadium to prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, timely manner. You will set up bars, stock supplies, and ensure quality while adhering to liquor laws and responsible service policies.

Responsibilities include taking drink orders, mixing with standard recipes, managing cash, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar area to deliver a great guest experience. Training and growth opportunities are offered within the Levy team.

Qualifications

• Prepares and serves beverages following recipes and standards.
• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Greets guests courteously and processes orders accurately.
• Maintains bar supplies and garnishes; ensures product quality.

Responsibilities

• Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and bar supplies.
• Takes and processes drink orders; pours and presents beverages with proper portions.
• Verifies guest ages and monitors for intoxication as trained.
• Handles cash, records charges, and secures cash drops and deposits.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; secures beverages and equipment.
