Job summary

The A Head For Profits team is hiring a part-time Draft Beer Quality Technician to clean and service draft lines at local bars and restaurants. You will visit customer locations, ensure top-quality pints, and build relationships with managers and bartenders on your route.

No prior experience is required as training is provided in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role offers 18-21 hours weekly across 3 weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual work.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to clean and service draft beer lines.
• Maintain relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on route.
• Ensure highest quality pint service and accuracy in routine tasks.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for cleaning and servicing draft beer lines to ensure local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will involve visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on their route.

Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.

No previous experience required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

This position is part-time. The position will consist of 6-7 hours of work per day, 3 days per week. 18-21 hours per week total + possible overtime. The 3 days per week are flexible but will be during the week, Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am-5pm. No early morning, evening, or night shifts available.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Hands-on quick learner

Starting Salary:

• $24.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $80 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.

• Personal and reliable vehicle required.
• AHFP offers mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.72 per mile
