Job summary

A Head For Profits is seeking a part-time Draft Beer Quality Technician to service and clean draft lines, ensuring the highest quality pours for bars and restaurants on your route.

You will visit customer locations, build relationships with managers and staff, and perform maintenance with on-the-job training provided. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and customer service in a fast-paced field setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for cleaning and servicing draft beer lines to ensure local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will involve visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on their route.

Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.

No previous experience required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

This position is part-time. The position will consist of 6-7 hours of work per day, 3 days per week. 18-21 hours per week total + possible overtime. The 3 days per week are flexible but will be during the week, Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am-5pm. No early morning, evening, or night shifts available.

Starting Salary:

• $24.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours

Transportation:

• Personal and reliable vehicle required.
• AHFP offers mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.72 per mile
