Job summary

A Head For Profits (AHFP) seeks a Draft Beer Quality Technician to service and optimize draft systems at local bars and restaurants. You will visit client locations, clean lines, and ensure the beer served matches the brewmaster’s intent, delivering high-quality pints daily.

Training is provided, and the role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with potential overtime. A reliable vehicle is required and mileage is reimbursed, supporting a stable, full-time career with AHFP.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes.
• Build and maintain reliable relationships with managers, owners and bartenders to ensure quality service.
• Visit customer locations, service draft systems, and ensure proper beer quality.
• Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional overtime opportunities.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended!

Responsibilities and Duties

Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.

Full-time hours with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm but exact start/end times will fluctuate based on assigned route and needs.

(no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Starting Pay

• 2 weeks of training at a rate of $20.00/hr. Post-training rate begins at $3.50 per beer line cleaned.
• The average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period.
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.
