Job summary

A Head For Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure every pint served in local bars meets quality standards. You will visit customer locations on a regular route to clean and service draft lines, maintaining relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to deliver great beer as the brewmaster intended.

Starting pay includes a two-week training period at $20.00/hr, with post-training pay starting at $3.25 per beer line cleaned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Hands-on, quick learner with reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Visit bars and restaurants to clean and service draft beer lines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot draft beer systems to ensure quality.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.
• Work Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with possible overtime.
• Training provided on system operations and maintenance.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting various customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer. You'll build ongoing relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure their draft systems are serviced properly and serve great beer as the brewmaster intended!

Responsibilities and Duties

Draft Beer Quality Technicians clean beer lines in restaurants and bars along their assigned routes. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.

Full-time hours with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm but exact start/end times will fluctuate based on assigned route and needs.

(no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Starting Pay

• 2 weeks of training at a rate of $20.00/hr. Post-training rate begins at $3.25 per beer line cleaned.
• The average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period.
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.
