Job summary

A Head for Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to visit local bars and restaurants, ensuring top-quality draft beer service. You will travel to customer locations, monitor systems, and build strong relationships with managers and staff.

Training is provided to teach draft beer operations and troubleshooting. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 am–4:30 pm, with no nights or weekend shifts, plus a company vehicle and growth opportunities within the beer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on tasks.
• Reliable and quick learner with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to service draft beer systems and ensure quality pints.
• Build relationships with bar managers, owners and staff.
• Assist with maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of systems.
• Operate company vehicle and adhere to safety policies.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• At least 18 years of age

• Able to lift 50+ lbs

Salary

• $22.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours
• Qualifying DQTs will also receive a flat bonus of $160 per cycle upon meeting all eligibility requirements for the completion of assigned routes and/or duties each bi-weekly line cleaning cycle.

Hours

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:0 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

Transportation

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.

Salary: $22.00 per hour
