Job summary

T.J. Sheehan Distributing seeks a dedicated Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products at accounts across the Onondaga County area. You will ensure proper display, maintain POS materials, and build strong customer relations while operating as part of a motivated team.

Expect an hourly wage of $20.00–$22.00, with on-site work across our network. This role offers growth toward a Sales Representative path and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience working in retail.
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
• Must have flexibility with schedule as days can vary.
• Valid driver's license with active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and display all products according to company standards.
• Organize and install floor displays, POS material and window banners.
• Maintain planograms and perform cooler resets.
• Schedule weekly account visits in assigned area.
• Be on-site for every shift and develop customer relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
