Job summary

Team members help ensure store operational efficiency and accurate handling of alcoholic products, including age verification and adherence to state regulations. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role within our retail stores.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be of minimum age as required by state Liquor code

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties.
• Complete orders, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and manage items going out of code.
• Set up and stock end caps and displays, and set up new program displays.
• Flatten cardboard cartons, load onto U-boat, and transport to the baler.
• Handle customer transactions and validate age for alcohol purchases, following state limits.
