Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to promote major beverage brands at various accounts in Kansas. You will accompany events, sample products, and educate customers while building relationships with key staff. Must be 20+, college-enrolled, and bring experience in brand promotion or bartending.

Role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work Wed-Sun evenings; transportation and a valid license are required. Training and apparel are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the college advertised in the job.
• Due to alcohol dispensing, you must be 20 years or older and complete Responsible Alcohol Training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience; on-premise sampling a plus.
• Daily access to PC with internet/email; available Wed-Sun evenings.
• Outgoing personality with strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Complete 3 events nightly; arrive in designated apparel with required items.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on products.
• Develop and maintain communication with customers; complete activation recaps.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales of brand products.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas.
• Represent the company and its products to media and customers positively.
