West Side Beer Distributing is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores around Wayne County. This hands-on role involves stocking beer and beverages, building displays, and ensuring shelves remain organized and full.

Expect 40–50 hours weekly with weekend availability and some holidays. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour, with $19.25 after one year, plus a fuel card, auto allowance, and monthly phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock beer and beverage products in retail stores.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
• Build displays and set promotions.
• Keep shelves organized and full.
• Communicate with sales and delivery teams.
• Build relationships with retail accounts.
