Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a hands-on team member for a Store Operations role at our Ephrata location. You will facilitate orders, receive, store and stock items, check dates, and help control product loss while supporting daily department tasks.

You will work with the team to ensure customer service, safety compliance, and adherence to state liquor code and store policies. Shift hours start at 4 hours or more, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 36 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the role
• Meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Meet minimum age as required by state liquor code

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule and prepare materials and PPE as required.
• Receive, store, and stock items; check dating and codes; perform department tasks.
• Set up end caps, displays, and program displays; perform resets.
• Handle carton flattening and loading for bale process.
• Assist with customer transactions and ensure compliance with liquor age limits
